About the Program

The workshop will teach the Vipassana Meditation techniques along with Emotional Intelligence. The techniques are easy-to-practice and effective integrated scientific meditation technique developed by Dr. Amit Ray that was evolved from his long experience in meditation practices as well as meditation teaching.

The technique combines time-tested ancient Vipassana Meditation techniques along with modern science-backed practices that are proven for developing grey matter in the brain, improving focus, concentration and memory, and resist the shortening of telomeres in your gene which enhances health and longevity. This meditation technique is based on the traditional meditation technique and the modern findings of Neuroscience and Epigenetics that helps to build and maintain a healthy, whole, and fulfilling life.

This meditation workshop is offered as a four hours intensive program with the objective to help individuals understand their inner strengths, unfold their leadership skills and realizing values to create an intelligent, efficient, stress-free, happy, compassionate and mindful work culture for their benefit.


Dr. Amit Ray is an internationally acclaimed expert of Om meditation and mindfulness. Known to the world for his teachings on Om meditation, Vipassana yoga, mindfulness, peace and compassion. For about seven years he went for long meditation in Uttarkashi, Himalaya. He is a reputed author of several books on Om meditation and mindfulness. He has a Ph.D from IIT, Kharagpur in Computational Neuroscience and he worked as a scientist before he started his inner exploration with deep meditation. He is the Founder & President of IISCIM.


I am already practicing another type of meditation. Can I attend?

Yes. These Meditation techniques are not based on the teachings of any particular group or philosophy. As such, it will probably not interfere with your faith or practice.
We respect all religions. Our courses and teachings neither asserts, requires, nor refutes any particular religious or metaphysical belief.

I do not have prior knowledge of meditation. Can I attend?

Yes. Beginners as well as experienced meditators can attend the workshop. Everything is explained and meditation session will be guided.

What to expect…

The workshop includes teachings, guided meditation and discussion. Tea, coffee and light-snacks will be provided during a short break.

Some people find it helpful to make notes during the sessions; so you might want to bring a notebook. Seating is on chairs; so, no need for any special clothing, just wear something comfortable. No physical exercises, postures or special clothing are required.

Course Fee:

Courses are run solely on donantion basis. Any voluntary contribution is welcome. Whether a donation is large or small, it should be given with the wish to help others with a joyful mind. Neither the teachers nor the volunteers receive any kind of payment for their service. Your donation will go for organizing meditation workshops and charitable works.
