Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms and conditions.You understand and agree that IISCIM is not responsible for the content posted, linked to or other included on or in the Service. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to use the Program.
• You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
• You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. IISCIM;cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account (collectively, "Content") (even when Content is posted by others who have access to your account).
• You must not post or allow any Content that infringes other parties intellectual property rights or privacy or that violates any law or gives rise to any liability.
• If Content from your Twitter or YouTube account or from any other website is posted, linked, or included in your iPhone Application through the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right to allow such Content to be posted or included therein.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• No refund/cancellation will be entertained for the donated amount by any donor through the online payment gateway (online donation).
• No refund of money paid via credit card (online or offline), cash, cheque, payorder or DD will be allowed.
• Once received, the donation for a cause will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellation to be made.
• The donation will be used for the meditation programs, research, community development, children education, women’s empowerment, environment protection and social causes .

• IISCIM reserves the right to cancel any booking that they feel necessary
• IISCIM is not liable for any expenses that student may have occurred including the travel expenses (e.g. flight and train tickets) even in case of a Training cancellation either by the participant or IISCIM.
• IISCIM is not liable for theft, accidents or damage on, around or in the training facility.
